利用規約Terms of Service

1. 規約への同意1. Acceptance of terms

お客様が本サービスのアカウントを登録し、または本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。本規約に同意いただけない場合、本サービスをご利用いただくことはできません。By registering an account or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you may not use the Service.

2. サービスの内容2. Description of the Service

本サービスは、クラウドを通じてデジタルサイネージ用のコンテンツを管理・配信し、接続された端末上で表示するための機能を提供します。当社は、本サービスの内容を予告なく変更・追加・廃止する場合があります。The Service provides cloud-based tools to manage, schedule, and distribute digital signage content for display on connected devices. We may change, add, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

3. アカウント登録3. Accounts & registration

• お客様は、登録情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保つものとします。You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• お客様は、アカウントの認証情報を適切に管理し、第三者による不正利用を防止する責任を負います。You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• 不正利用が判明した場合は、速やかに当社へご連絡ください。Please notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use.

4. 利用料金・支払い4. Fees & payment

有料プランの料金、課金サイクル、支払方法は、申込時または当社が別途提示する内容に従います。お支払いいただいた料金は、法令で定める場合を除き返金されません。Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods for paid plans are as presented at sign-up or otherwise specified by us. Except where required by law, paid fees are non-refundable.

5. 禁止事項5. Prohibited conduct

お客様は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。When using the Service, you must not:

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為。Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• 第三者の知的財産権、プライバシー、その他の権利を侵害する行為。Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
• 本サービスの運営を妨害し、または不正アクセスを試みる行為。Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• 違法・有害なコンテンツを配信する行為。Distribute unlawful or harmful content.

6. お客様のコンテンツ6. Your content

お客様が本サービスにアップロードしたコンテンツの権利は、お客様に帰属します。お客様は、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、当社が当該コンテンツを保存・処理・表示することを許諾するものとします。お客様は、配信するコンテンツについて必要な権利を有していることを保証します。You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely as needed to provide the Service. You represent that you hold the rights necessary to distribute the content you publish.

7. 知的財産権7. Intellectual property

本サービスおよびこれに関連するソフトウェア、商標、デザイン等に関する知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約は、これらの権利をお客様に移転するものではありません。All intellectual property rights in the Service and its related software, trademarks, and designs belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any such rights to you.

8. サービスの変更・中断8. Modifications & availability

当社は、保守、障害、その他やむを得ない事由により、本サービスの全部または一部を一時的に中断する場合があります。当社は、本サービスの可用性を保証するものではありません（個別のSLAが適用される場合を除く）。We may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, incidents, or other unavoidable reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability except where a specific SLA applies.

9. 免責事項9. Disclaimers

本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、当社は、特定目的への適合性、完全性、正確性等についていかなる保証も行いません。The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or accuracy.

10. 責任の制限10. Limitation of liability

法令で許容される範囲において、当社は、本サービスの利用に関連して生じた間接損害、特別損害、逸失利益について責任を負いません。当社の責任は、当該損害が発生した月にお客様が当社へ支払った金額を上限とします。To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the month in which the claim arose.

11. 解約・利用停止11. Termination

お客様はいつでもアカウントを解約できます。お客様が本規約に違反した場合、当社は事前の通知なく本サービスの提供を停止または終了することができます。You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service without prior notice if you breach these Terms.

12. 準拠法・管轄裁判所12. Governing law & jurisdiction

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office as the court of first instance.

13. 規約の変更13. Changes to these Terms

当社は、本規約を必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本サービス上または当社ウェブサイトに掲示した時点で効力を生じます。We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms take effect when posted within the Service or on our website.
